RoviSys

  • Currently serving as lead engineer on large-scale IT/OT network consulting engagements, supporting the design, implementation, and modernization of industrial infrastructure for strategic customers in the U.S. and internationally.
  • Delivered engineering services across 50+ custom projects spanning aerospace, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, consumer packaged goods, public services, and other regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Worked at the intersection of consulting, technical delivery, and pre-sales support, coordinating proposals, creating designs, and leading project execution while  interfacing directly with customers across multiple countries.
  • Supported complex industrial architectures including instances of redundant Cisco and Siemens networks, industrial wireless, fault tolerant and highly available designs, network segmentation, DMZ convergence, backup and disaster planning, integration with enterprise IT services and various network monitoring solutions.
  • Regularly operated as a bridge between IT and OT teams, helping modernize legacy environments while maintaining reliability, security, and operational continuity for customers.

  • Oversaw day-to-day operations across three restaurant and bar locations, reporting directly to ownership while implementing standardized business processes, workflows, and operational controls.
  • Led sales and revenue growth initiatives through new product offerings, targeted promotions, and marketing aligned with our own customer demographics and social trends.
  • Developed and led the rollout of new team processes and used my background to bring new point-of-sale systems, employee management, payroll, training, scheduling, and onboarding services across all locations.
  • Managed and helped develop our team of approximately 50 employees, being the sole contact for hiring, staffing, training, performance and daily operations.
  • Played a pivotal role in scaling the business while helping transition from informal and outdated practices to structured, learnable business processes.

thyssenkrupp Bilstein of America

  • Supported enterprise IT infrastructure within a global manufacturing organization serving both commercial and military vehicle markets.
  • Assisted in planning and implementing infrastructure improvements supporting production systems, including virtualization, identity services, and core IT platforms.
  • Contributed to the rollout of an IT asset management system to improve tracking of hardware, software licenses, maintenance, and end users across the organization.
  • Supported endpoint management for over 1,000 devices in environments subject to ITAR access and data-handling requirements.
  • Gained my initial hands-on experience with technologies such as Azure, VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, enterprise security tooling, and network hardware.

Washington Courthouse City Schools (Internship)

  • Supported district IT operations by assisting on-site technicians and responding to helpdesk incidents across multiple school facilities.
  • Gained hands-on experience repairing and maintaining end-user hardware such as desktops, laptops, projectors, and classroom technology.
  • Led a summer initiative to re-image, clean, and prepare student-issued MacBooks and classroom desktops for the upcoming school year.

Chillicothe City School District (Internship)

  • Supported district-wide IT operations by responding to helpdesk incidents across multiple school buildings throughout the city.
  • Assisted with troubleshooting basic network connectivity issues, providing early exposure to networking concepts and infrastructure support.
  • Repaired and maintained end-user hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, Chromebooks, printers, and peripheral devices.

The Ability Experience

Volunteer involvement with The Ability Experience focuses on supporting individuals with physical and mental disabilities through hands-on service and community engagement. This work has included facility renovations to improve accessibility, as well as fundraising and awareness efforts through events such as bike-a-thons and Ability Camps. The experience emphasizes inclusion, service, and creating tangible improvements within local communities.
